Mobile Home Licensing

All Mobile Home parks shall be licensed on a yearly basis January 1. The following is the criteria for obtaining said license:

• $2000 license and permit bond.
• Application (PDF) completed and United States Citizenship Attestation Form (PDF) completed. If a valid citizenship form is on file with the city, you do not need to resubmit the form.

Fees

• Not more than 3 mobile homes: $15.00
• Not less than 4 nor more than 20 mobile homes: $30.00
• More than 20 mobile homes: $50.00
