All application and termination requests for utility services are handled in person in the Utility Customer Service Department.  

The Customer Service Department is located at 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.  

Customers applying for service must be at least 19 years of age and bring a valid, government issued, photo ID with them.  

An application fee of $35.00 is due at the time of application.  A deposit may also be required.  There is no fee to request termination of service.
