The City of Fremont obtained the Fremont, Farmland, Railroad Levee from the Fremont, Farmland, Railroad Drainage District in May 2019 after the historical flood event of March 2019. The City of Fremont and Village of Inglewood partnered to apply for a Community Development Block Grant to have an evaluation of the levee performed. The grant was awarded and an evaluation of the levee was completed by JEO Consulting. The full evaluation report can be found here.
