Fremont Police Department
The Fremont Police Department (FPD) is the primary law enforcement agency for the City of Fremont, Nebraska. With 39 full-time commissioned police officers, it is responsible for a population of 25,174 people and an area of 7.4 square miles.
Units
FPD operates a four-person detective bureau with a Lieutenant commanding the unit.
In addition to sworn police officers, dispatch, and office personnel, the Fremont Police Department has School Resource Officers, an Emergency Response Unit (ERU), and the III Corps Drug Task Force.
