We appreciate your patience as we continue to work on improving Broad Street. The next phase of this project involves the placement of an asphalt overlay on Broad Street from 16th Street to Military Avenue. This work will be started this Monday, September 22 and may extend into Wednesday, September 24. This work is weather dependent, but every attempt will be made not to extend it passed September 24, 2025. During the overlay process, you will not have access to your property. We ask that you park vehicles on side streets for these three days. The reason is due to the oil tack coat that must be applied to the milled surface prior to placing asphalt. We do not want vehicles driving through this oil tack coat before the asphalt is placed.
