    Join us for some fun early literacy activities, including fingerplays, songs, and stories. Open play begins approximately 11:30 and goes until Noon. Designed for babies and toddlers ages 4-30 months.

    Join children's yoga instructor Kai-Helin Cooper as she reads a story and then leads you through some gentle poses related to the story's theme. Suitable for all ages, youth and adult. Advance Registration is requested due to space limitations. To register, call the library at 402-727-2694.

  5. The Great American Eclipse event

    August 21, 2017, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ Large meeting room and outside

    We'll gather as the Great American Eclipse makes its way across the country. The Eclipse will start to present itself at about 11:30 am our time. While we wait for the full eclipse, we'll decorate sun cookies and make pinhole viewers to view the eclipse safely. We'll also have eclipse glasses for everyone. (Because the eclipse will only be 98% here in Fremont, you'll have to wear the glasses or use the pinhole viewer the entire time the eclipse is happening - we won't be in the totality zone.)
