NOTICE TO BIDDERS
RECONSTRUCT OF LUTHER RD AND MORNINGSIDE RD INTERSECTION
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska, until 2:00 p.m., April 30, 2018, and be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at that time for all tools, labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for the RECONSTRUCT OF LUTHER ROAD AND MORNINGSIDE ROAD INTERSECTION, as per the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Engineering Department and on file with the City Clerk.
ESTIMATE OF QUANTITIES 800 SY of Remove and Replace Concrete Pavement AND, other associated work including sidewalk, curb ramps and storm sewer for a TOTAL ESTIMATED COST of $87,000.00.
Contractors to be qualified to bid must obtain the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents from the City Engineer’s office, 3rd Floor, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, NE. A non- refundable deposit of $40.00 will be charged for each hard copy set of Plans and Specifications.
