Utilities-Customer Service area is responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service either by telephone or in person to all City of Fremont utility customers and potential customers.

Answer your billing questions and resolve your billing issues
Resolve complaints in a courteous and tactful manner as well as produce field service orders to repair and maintain water, gas, and electric meters when necessary
Start and terminate your utility accounts as needed
